OVERVIEW

In 2022, Germitec received investments from Financière Arbevel, Kurma Partners, via its Kurma Growth Opportunities fund, and Sham Innovation Santé advised by Turenne Capital, become GERMITEC in preparation for its global commercial launch and to expand into the U.S. market. Germitec has its headquarters in Bordeaux and is building their team for global commercialization and additional pipeline products. Germitec is hiring its Head of Marketing.

We have partnered with Sébastien Lemoine, Chief Business Officer, to hire our Head of Marketing. This position will own upstream and downstream marketing strategies and execution for international markets. This person will support the direct sales and distribution networks while partnering with R&D to bring new products to market.

POSITION
DETAILS

  • Understand customers journey and identifies ways to influence the customer to improve our win-rates and shorten sales cycle
  • Co-lead with R&D new product development projects
  • Support the positioning of products within the portfolio, and HLD of ultrasound probes market segment
  • Plan new product launches with respect to market positioning, value proposition, business plans and business models
  • Lead all product launch campaigns with focus on outcome
  • Work with finance, sales, demand planning to ensure financial forecasts are set and met through proper pipeline management
  • Build qualitative and quantitative market intelligence on market size and trends, market shares…
  • Conducts market research activities to ensure marketing strategy is in line with market
  • Maintain relations to medical thought-leaders, key opinion leaders and product champions to identify clinical needs and technical gaps
  • Accompany global sales teams on strategic client visits to promote Germitec offerings.
  • Identify and participate in relevant conferences, technical seminars, trade shows, etc. to make new contacts and identify new development opportunities.
  • Bachelors degree required, Masters degree in economics or engineering preferred
  • Background in strategic marketing and managing KOLs network
  • Experience in EMEA/Int’l marketing of ultrasound imaging systems
  • Proven track record in successfully launching new products and managing projects
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing plans, messaging and branding campaigns
  • Makes business decisions based on sound financial and market analyses
